When you seek to claim a tournament prize, you will be required to verify your identity via a third-party service, one of our Service Providers (as such term is defined below). They may ask for a photo of yourself and government-issued identifiers, in order to confirm who you claim you are. This is one of the ways to keep the tournaments fair for everyone using our Services.

When you sign up to use our Services, you enter into a contract with us to make available our tournaments to you, and, for winners of such tournaments, certain prizes. We must process your data to fulfill this contract. Further, we are required by law to collect, process, and retain your data, in fulfillment of our anti-money laundering regulatory obligations. This 30-day period allows us to ensure there are no outstanding payments or balances in your account that you may need to address. If you do not withdraw any remaining cash in your account within these 30 days, your account and personal details will be deleted. Should you wish to recover any remaining cash balance after this period, you will need to contact us via email to arrange a wire transfer.
